Theatre
Although all of our work has theatre at its heart, the theatre work described here relates to plays presented at theatre venues and for public audiences.
Women & Theatre On Tour: This annual strand of work is unique, as it is creatively driven by the company, enabling us to open up our work to national arts audiences and bring our community audiences into arts venues. Women & Theatre on Tour productions bring everything that makes our work special to a larger stage:
* Engaging theatre that audiences will talk about, with strong selling points
* High quality new writing and an exciting artistic team
* Audience development opportunities
We've recently received the great news that we've been successful in our Grants for The Arts bid to tour The Bad One during Autumn 2008!
Health Plays on Stage: Our health plays are also well suited to theatre performances, featuring engaging storylines, characters and that all important dollop of humour! We've taken them to professional theatre venues including the Courtyard Theatre in Hereford, The Patrick Centre and mac in Birmingham, and the Peepul Centre in Leicester.
